Construction and application

F/UTP patch cord with foil shielding (F/UTP) provides increased resistance to electromagnetic interference. The aluminum screen surrounds the entire cable core, minimizing the impact of external interference sources on the signal. An additional grounding wire under the screen further improves transmission quality. The cable is particularly recommended in environments with a high level of interference, e.g. near electrical cables or industrial equipment.

Made of multi-strand wires insulated with polyethylene, surrounded by polyester foil and a PVC coating, it provides flexibility and durability of the connection.
