Construction and shielding for trouble-free operation

The patch cord has F/UTP shielding – aluminum foil surrounding the cable core and an earthing wire, which significantly reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI). This makes data transmission more stable and resistant to interference, especially in environments with high levels of interference. The construction with four twisted pairs of wires ensures high signal quality, and the use of polyethylene insulation guarantees the durability and flexibility of the cable. The PVC coating provides mechanical protection, however, it is worth remembering that in the event of a fire, it emits smoke and halogens – therefore, in critical applications, it is worth considering cables with LSOH coating.
