This SMART 42U power strip is a comprehensive solution for professionals and IT administrators who need not only reliable power but also detailed monitoring of environmental parameters. It provides access to 14 IEC C13 sockets, 6 IEC C19 sockets, and 4 CEE 7/5 sockets, allowing connection of a wide range of devices. Thanks to the built-in monitoring functions, users can remotely track energy consumption and environmental conditions, minimizing the risk of downtime and failures.

Comprehensive monitoring for safety and efficiency

The power strip enables remote monitoring of total power consumption, temperature, humidity, and detection of potential hazards such as flooding, fire, or opening of the server cabinet door. This allows for quick response to irregularities and prevention of serious problems. Monitoring is done using external sensors (available separately), which increases the flexibility of the system and allows it to be adapted to individual needs. Information is available via popular transmission protocols: HTTP (WEB), TELNET, SSH, and SNMP.

Functionality and technical parameters

The power strip is designed for easy integration with existing IT infrastructure. It has a 10/100Mb network port and RS485 and RS232 interfaces, enabling communication with building management systems (BMS) or other monitoring devices. The robust construction with 16AWG (internal) and 14AWG (wire) conductors ensures stable and safe power supply to connected devices. The maximum input and output current is 16A at 200-240VAC. Additionally, the power strip offers advanced alarm functions – both local (PS/PN) and remote (PN: e-mail, SNMP TRAP, WEB, TELNET/SSH). The display informs about the current voltage, product status, and any alarms. A cyclic alarm log is also available with the ability to read, export, and save data.
