The S202M-C16UC circuit breaker belongs to the S200MUC series from ABB – pro M compact system. It provides effective protection of wires and electrical devices, reacting to an increase in current caused by overload or short circuit. The C characteristic means a delayed thermal release time, which is particularly important in the case of loads with high inrush current, such as motors or transformers. This prevents the circuit breaker from tripping unnecessarily during short-term current surges, while still effectively protecting against prolonged overload. Mounting is done on a DIN rail, which simplifies and speeds up installation.
