The Z characteristic means that this circuit breaker reacts very quickly to current increase, which is particularly important in circuits with devices generating high inrush currents – for example, with electric motors or transformers. This ensures effective protection against damage resulting from sudden load surges. The rated current of 0.5A makes it ideal for protecting circuits with low power consumption, where precision is key.
