Polymer concrete channel with galvanized steel edges

The channel is made of polymer concrete – a frost-resistant and durable material, ideal for outdoor applications where weather conditions are extreme. It has a fixed height of 210 mm and a length of 1000 mm, allowing easy connection into continuous water drainage lines. The V-shaped cross-section ensures natural self-cleaning – water flows faster along the walls, preventing sediment accumulation at the bottom.

The edges are reinforced with galvanized steel – this not only increases the element's rigidity but also protects the concrete edges from damage during installation and operation. A pre-formed outlet with a seal is located in the channel base – no need for drilling or additional fitting. This solution is useful where absolute watertightness is required, such as when connecting to sewer systems or in areas where leakage risk is unacceptable.

The element features a factory-molded groove for filling with jointing mortar SF – after installation, simply seal the gap between the channel and the pavement or asphalt surface. No additional surface preparation or special materials are required.

The load class E-600 indicates that the channel is intended for areas with heavy traffic – parking lots, local roads, industrial sites, and public facilities. It does not deform under the weight of trucks or specialized vehicles.

No grate included – this is a channel-only element. Attach a suitable grate (e.g., cast iron or steel) according to your needs. All parameters are matched to the ACO DRAIN Multiline system – ensuring guaranteed compatibility with other elements of the same type.
