This pipe-flange connector RK DN150 is a reliable solution for connecting polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes with water supply fittings. It is suitable for both drinking water installations, irrigation systems and treated sewage networks that are not corrosive. Made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (GJS), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance.

Design and application

The connector is designed for easy installation and safety. The brass ring effectively prevents the pipe from slipping during installation, which is particularly important when working with materials such as PE, which can be prone to shifting. This allows the installer to be confident in the stability of the connection, and the end user – its long-term tightness.

Parameters and compliance with standards

Made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (GJS), the connector is characterized by high mechanical strength. The EPDM seal guarantees the tightness of the connection. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 1092-2:1999 regarding flange connections and has a nominal pressure of 1.0/1.6 MPa (PN 10/16). In addition, the external epoxy coating with a thickness of 250-360 µm provides protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. The blue color facilitates identification in the installation. The nominal diameter DN150 and the diameter d160mm allow it to be adapted to a wide range of pipes and fittings.
