Chimney and lightning protection systems

A chimney needle is a key element in protecting chimneys and devices installed on them from the effects of atmospheric discharges. Made of aluminum or galvanized steel, it provides effective protection against damage caused by lightning strikes. The product is intended for use in both newly built and modernized installations.

Construction and installation

The needle has a special mounting bracket that facilitates its stable attachment to the chimney. Additionally, it is equipped with a connector allowing connection to a wire with a diameter of 8-10mm (B up to 20mm), which ensures proper discharge of current to the ground. Installing the needle is simple and does not require specialized tools – just drill holes in the chimney, insert expansion bolts with screws, then attach the needle and connect the grounding wire.

The chimney needle is used in residential, industrial buildings and public utility facilities. It is particularly important in areas prone to frequent storms and atmospheric discharges. The product complies with the PN-EN 62305 standard, which confirms its effectiveness and safety of use.
