Installation and safety on a flat roof

Concrete bracket with clamp, 19 cm high, is a solid solution for mounting cables on flat roofs covered with membrane or roofing felt. The bracket structure, filled with frost-resistant cement mortar, ensures stability and durability of the connection. It is primarily used in lightning protection systems, but can be used wherever safe and reliable cable routing on the roof surface is needed.

Construction and materials

The bracket combines three materials: concrete (load-bearing element), plastic (polypropylene) and aluminum. This combination guarantees resistance to weather conditions and long-term use. Polypropylene, from which the clamping part is made, is characterized by high resistance to frost and UV radiation – thanks to this, the bracket does not become brittle or fade under the influence of the sun. Aluminum provides light weight and corrosion resistance.

The bracket is compatible with base AH12150 (available separately), which expands its application possibilities and allows adaptation to specific installation needs.

Application and installation

Designed for mounting cables with a diameter of 8 to 10 mm, the bracket is perfect for electrical and lightning protection installations. Installation is done by gluing – which ensures a tight connection and minimizes the risk of leaks. The construction height of 190 mm allows cables to be routed above the membrane or roofing felt surface, providing adequate insulation.
