Robust support for lightning protection systems on flat roofs

This concrete holder, made of a combination of durable plastic and galvanically zinc-coated steel sheet, provides a reliable solution for mounting lightning conductors on flat roofs covered with membranes or roofing felt. Its construction, based on a filling of frost-resistant cement mortar, guarantees the stability and durability of the connection. A height of 21 cm ensures adequate insulation and safe routing of the conductors.

Durability and corrosion protection

The holder is distinguished by its high resistance to weather conditions thanks to the use of polypropylene with UV stabilizers. This protects it from the negative effects of sunlight and low temperatures. Electrolytically galvanized steel additionally protects against corrosion, and a special polymer coating seal raises the anti-corrosion protection class to the highest level. Thanks to this, the installation retains its properties for a long time, minimizing the risk of failure and repair costs.

Installation and compatibility

The holder is mounted by gluing to the roof covering using adhesive – which simplifies and speeds up installation work. It is designed for conductors with a diameter of 8-10 mm, and its construction allows mounting with M5x16 screws (2 pieces included in the set). The holder is compatible with the AH12150 base, which can be purchased separately, providing flexibility in adapting the solution to specific needs. The weight of the holder is approximately 1 kg, which facilitates transport and installation.
