This concrete holder made of plastic is a solid solution for building cable trays on flat roofs covered with membranes or roofing felt. The construction combines the strength of concrete with the resistance of plastic, ensuring long-lasting and secure cable fixing. The holder is particularly useful when installing lightning protection systems and installation cables on surfaces exposed to the weather.

Design and application

The holder consists of a concrete support filled with frost-resistant cement mortar, and a post made of plastic (polypropylene) with a height of 10.5 cm and a brown color. Installation is done by gluing to the roof covering with a special adhesive mass – which minimizes interference with the roof structure and ensures a tight connection. Designed for cables with a diameter of fi8, and its construction allows for easy routing of cables and wires. A galvanized steel screw M6x10 provides additional security.

Strength and resistance to weather conditions

Made of polypropylene, the holder is characterized by high resistance to frost and UV radiation. The addition of special protective agents against the negative effects of external factors guarantees its durability and color stability for a long time. The concrete base provides stability and solid anchoring in the roof structure, and the frost-resistant cement mortar protects against damage caused by low temperatures. This combination of materials makes the holder ideal for working in harsh weather conditions.
