Lightning protection – freestanding mast

This freestanding mast on a tripod, with a height of 2000 mm, is a key element of the lightning protection system for buildings and structures. Designed for elevated down conductors, it effectively dissipates direct lightning strikes to the down conductor mesh, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring safety. Made of durable materials – galvanized steel or aluminum – it guarantees long-term protection against corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

The mast is supplied complete with an aluminum finial, three concrete weights, mats, and a conductor connector, making installation easier and ensuring full functionality immediately after installation. The concrete weights are highly frost-resistant and do not require gluing to the roofing, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the risk of roof damage – regardless of the wind zone.

Construction and installation

The mast's tripod-based construction provides stability and resistance to strong gusts of wind. The base diameter is 1430 mm, and the recommended spacing between the mast and other installation elements is 5 meters. The total weight of the set is 80 kg, which testifies to the solid workmanship. The mast is compatible with conductors with a diameter of 8-10 mm.
