This lightning mast, with a height of 12 meters, is designed to protect large areas and facilities exposed to lightning strikes. Construction and application

The mast consists of a concrete foundation with dimensions of 430x430x1600mm and a weight of 335kg, and a hot-dip galvanized steel structure. Hot-dip galvanizing is an anti-corrosion process that provides exceptional resistance to weathering and long-lasting durability – even in harsh industrial or marine environments. The concrete foundation provides stability and secure anchoring of the mast in the ground.

The structure has been calculated for Limit States of Load-Bearing, taking into account a safety factor of 1.4. This means that the mast can withstand wind loads up to 10°(B) – which qualifies it for use in Class I lightning protection. This is crucial for ensuring the highest level of safety.
