Lightning conductor fixing – solid copper and brass

This simple holder with a plate, made of copper, is a reliable solution for guiding down conductors along roof structural elements – flashing, ridge tiles or parapets. Its construction ensures stable and secure mounting of lightning conductors with a diameter of 8-10 mm. The holder is particularly useful during the installation of lightning protection systems, where durability and corrosion resistance are essential.

Construction and materials

The holder is made of high-purity copper (four nines), which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and longevity. All fastening elements – screws and nuts – are made of brass, which ensures corrosion resistance and a durable connection. M5x16 screws provide a solid attachment of the holder to the substrate. The construction height (60 mm) allows for maintaining adequate insulation of the conductor from the mounting surface.

Application and compliance with standards

The holder complies with the PN-EN 62305 standard, confirming its suitability for lightning protection systems. It will work well both in new installations and during the modernization of existing systems. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used in various types of buildings – from residential buildings to industrial facilities. Installation is done by screwing the holder directly into wood.
