Universal bracket for mounting cables on corrugated iron roofs

This bracket is designed for the safe and durable mounting of cables on roofs covered with sheet metal, both along and across the seam. It is a key element of lightning protection systems and surge protection systems. The bracket's construction provides stability and minimizes the risk of damage to the roof covering.

The bracket is made of electrolytically galvanized steel, which guarantees high corrosion resistance – significantly better than in the case of standard hot-dip galvanizing. Additional sealing of the coating with a polymer further increases this resistance to the highest level, providing long-lasting protection even in harsh weather conditions. This translates into trouble-free operation of the installation for years and minimizes costs associated with maintenance or replacement of elements.

Solid construction and fit

The bracket is compatible with cables with a diameter of 8-10 mm, and its mounting is done using two M10x30 screws also made of galvanized steel. This selection of materials eliminates the risk of bimetallic corrosion, which is particularly important for outdoor installations exposed to moisture and varying temperatures. This ensures that the connection remains stable and safe for a long time.

Additionally, the manufacturer – AH Hardt – is the only one in Poland with its own electrolytic galvanizing plant, which allows for full control of the galvanizing process quality and a guarantee of the highest class of anti-corrosion protection. A 4-year warranty is provided on the product, which demonstrates the manufacturer's confidence in its durability and reliability.
