Universal grounding conductor clamp for guiding lightning protection conductors

This copper clamp is used for safe and durable guiding of lightning protection conductors, especially on wooden structures. Its versatility makes it suitable for both new installations and modernization of existing surge protection systems. The design allows mounting conductors with a cross-section of 8 to 10 mm and flat conductors up to 30 mm wide.

Construction and materials

The clamp is made of high-purity copper (99.99%), which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. All fastening elements – screws and nuts – are made of brass, guaranteeing connection durability and resistance to atmospheric conditions. The use of brass eliminates the risk of galvanic corrosion between the copper conductor and the fastening elements. M5x16 screw provides stable and secure mounting of the clamp.

Application and compliance with standards

The clamp is fully compliant with the requirements of PN-EN 62305 standard, which confirms its effectiveness in lightning protection systems. It will be useful for guiding lightning protection conductors on roofs, building facades and other wooden structures. Thanks to its design, it allows easy assembly and disassembly, which facilitates maintenance and service work. The marking "B" indicates the maximum width of the boarding to which it can be attached.
