Universal holder for lightning protection systems

This copper holder is used for safe and durable routing of lightning protection conductors both horizontally and vertically along structures. It is indispensable during the installation of surge protection systems, providing stable conductor mounting on various surfaces. It is suitable for both new installations and modernization of existing systems.

Construction and materials

The holder is made of high-purity copper (four nines – 99.99%), which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. All fastening elements – screws and nuts – are made of brass, ensuring connection durability and resistance to weather conditions. This ensures that the holder retains its properties for a long time, minimizing the risk of lightning protection system failure. The use of brass in the screws also prevents galvanic corrosion in contact with copper.

Application and compliance with standards

The holder complies with the PN-EN 62305 standard, confirming its safety and effectiveness in protecting against the effects of atmospheric discharges. It is designed for mounting conductors with a diameter of 8-10 mm and grounding straps with a width of 40-60 mm. This makes it a universal solution that can be adapted to different types of installations. M10x30 and M10x70 screws allow for solid mounting of the holder to the substrate. The holder is ideal for routing conductors on the ridges of roofs covered with shingles, roofing felt or sheet metal, as well as on other structures requiring reliable conductor mounting.
