The MTG-3000H sensor uses a highly sensitive catalytic sensor to quickly detect even low concentrations of gas. In the event of a hazard, it activates both optical signaling (flashing red LED) and acoustic signaling (loud siren with an intensity of about 85 dB). Additionally, a built-in self-diagnosis system monitors the condition of the sensor and internal circuits – in case of failure, it informs the user by lighting a yellow LED.

The device is powered by a safe voltage of 12V DC, using the included power adapter. The possibility of powering from a car cigarette lighter socket (after purchasing an appropriate plug) increases its usefulness in vehicles. The sensor is adapted to work in a wide range of temperatures (from -10°C to +40°C, temporarily up to +50°C) and humidity (up to 95%).
