Floor boxes – a modern solution for electrical and telecommunication installations

The ALANTEC 6M floor box (45x45) is a functional solution for running electrical and telecommunication installations in modern office and commercial spaces. It allows for convenient and aesthetic routing of electrical and telecommunication outlets directly from the floor, eliminating the need for traditional skirting boards or cable trays. This maintains order and minimizes the risk of tripping over cables.

The box is designed for installation in raised floors, and thanks to the adjustable depth (76-110 mm), it can be adapted to different floor heights. Additionally, it can optionally be installed in cast floors using dedicated adjustable cassettes. The box design allows for the installation of 6 electrical outlets of standard size 45x45 mm or 12 adapters for 22.5x45 mm telecommunication outlets, providing great flexibility in configuration.

Functionality and safety

The ALANTEC box has been designed with ease of installation and use in mind. It is equipped with positioning and fixing brackets that ensure stability in the raised floor. The box cover can be finished with flooring material up to 8 mm thick, providing an aesthetic appearance and blending with the surroundings. The two-point cover lock guarantees safety and prevents accidental opening. The box has an IP40 protection rating and an impact resistance of IK08, providing protection against dust and mechanical damage. The maximum load of the box is 1500N when mounted in a raised floor and 2500N when using a concrete base.
