Floor box 8M is a practical solution for running electrical and telecommunication installations in modern office and commercial spaces. It allows for aesthetic and easily accessible placement of up to 8 electrical sockets (45x45mm) or 16 telecommunication adapters (22.5x45mm) directly in the floor. This eliminates the problem of tangled cables and ensures order in the workplace.

Flexibility and adaptation to different types of floors

The design of the box has been carefully thought out to ensure its versatility. Adjustable depth (76-110 mm) and adaptation to screeded floors thanks to dedicated adjustable cassettes facilitate installation and adaptation to different types of flooring. Adjustment cassettes can be used to level the box with the floor. Knockouts in the cassettes allow for easy introduction of cables through the underfloor duct or conduit. The box cover can be finished with flooring material up to 5 mm thick, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and integration with the surroundings.

Safety and durability

The box is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its strength and resistance to mechanical damage (IK08). The IP40 protection class protects against access to the inside by foreign objects. The two-point cover locking system ensures safe use – it requires simultaneous release of both latches, preventing accidental opening. The maximum load of the box is 1500N when mounted in a raised floor and 2500N when using a concrete base.
