Air disconnect switch-earthing switch – a solid solution for medium voltage

The current path of each pole consists of main and auxiliary (arcing) contacts, mounted on supporting cassettes directly on the insulators.

Application and construction features

The RUNM III SA 24/4 disconnect switch is compatible with aluminum conductors with a cross-section from 16 to 150 mm², and in special versions even up to 185 mm². Thanks to the flexible contact in models with grounding, the device effectively eliminates the effects of bending conductors on the moving pole. The possibility of equipping with current transformers and combined sensors allows integration with network monitoring and protection systems, increasing safety and efficiency. The device is adapted for manual control using rotary or linear drives of the NR series, as well as remote control using drives of the NSP-7/SO-2 and NSP-8/SO-2 series.
