Wing-type water meter with remote reading capability, designed for cold and hot water installations

The JS-02 SMART+ water meter is a single-jet, dry-dial measuring device with a brass housing, engineered for use in water supply systems with water temperatures up to 50°C – and up to 90°C in the JS90 version. The GZ1" connection (DN20) and length of 130 mm enable easy installation in both horizontal and vertical pipelines – the dial is readable in any orientation: H↑ (top), H→ (side), or V (vertical, side).

Its design offers high resistance to strong magnetic fields, significantly reducing the risk of fraudulent tampering via illegal devices. The R100 ratio indicates a wide measurement range: from very low flows (Q1) up to a maximum continuous flow of 2.5 m³/h, ensuring accurate performance under both low consumption and sudden load changes.

The dial is hermetically sealed and resistant to fogging; its rotating dial allows easy reading without requiring access to the side of the meter – essential for installations in hard-to-reach locations. The counting mechanism includes a lock that prevents rotation beyond 360°, deterring mechanical fraud. Additionally, a double-bearing impeller and robust construction protect against damage caused by freezing water.

The meter is compatible with communication modules: Wireless M-Bus, M-Bus, or pulse output – enabling remote reading without physical access. For the Ti/Ir version, optional inductive or optical reading via an external module is available. The IP65 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water jets – ideal for installation in humid rooms or corridors.

Primarily designed for single- and multi-family residential buildings, but also suitable for district heating systems and water-jacketed boilers. No special installation conditions are required – only adequate straight pipe lengths upstream and downstream are necessary.
