Construction and properties

The heart of the system is a pipe made of cross-linked PE 100 (SDR 11), surrounded by a layer of flexible closed-cell microcellular XPE foam insulation. This advanced insulation minimizes heat loss and water absorption (below 1% according to DIN 53428), ensuring a stable temperature of the medium inside the pipe. The whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE, which increases flexibility and facilitates pipe laying, even in difficult conditions. The corrugated surface not only makes work easier, but also provides optimal protection against mechanical damage.

The pipe is characterized by high flexibility – the bending radius at 20°C is 20 times the outer diameter of the pipe. This makes installation quick and convenient, and the system easily adapts to the specifics of each project. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar, and the operating temperature range is from -30°C to +25°C, making it a universal solution for various applications.
