Polyethylene insulation for sanitary and heating installations

Tubolit DG Plus is a flexible insulation material made of closed-cell polyethylene foam. It is used for thermal and acoustic insulation of pipes in central heating, domestic hot and cold water systems, and other systems. It is characterized by a very low smoke level, which translates to increased fire safety. The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 14313:2009 and has a CE mark.

Tubolit DG Plus insulation is a proven way to reduce heat loss, lower operating costs, and improve user comfort. Thanks to its low thermal conductivity (0.038 W/(m·K) at 40°C), it effectively reduces energy losses, contributing to reduced CO2 emissions. The material is easy to install and flexible, making it easy to adapt to pipes of various diameters and shapes. Additionally, Tubolit DG Plus provides effective protection against condensation and dampens noise from the installation.

The product works perfectly in both residential and industrial buildings, as well as in external installations. It is compatible with various types of pipes and provides long-term protection against heat loss and mechanical damage. The operating temperature is a maximum of +100°C for the heating medium.
