Properties and application

Tubolit DG Plus insulation is characterized by a very low thermal conductivity coefficient (0.038 W/(m·K) at 40°C), which allows reducing energy losses by up to 90%. The material is resistant to commonly used building materials such as cement, lime and gypsum, and also prevents condensation on cold water pipes. This is particularly important in installations exposed to moisture and temperature changes. Using Tubolit DG Plus in central heating, domestic hot and cold water, and drainage pipelines ensures optimal energy efficiency and long-term protection against corrosion.

Safety and compliance with standards

Tubolit DG Plus has a fire reaction class of B-s1, d0, which means it is a hardly flammable material with limited smoke emission and no burning droplets. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 14313:2009 and has a CE mark, confirming compliance with European regulations and standards. This guarantees a high level of fire safety in the building. Additionally, the product is 100% recyclable and contains up to 50% recycled materials, making it an environmentally friendly solution.
