Properties and application

Tubolit DG Plus is characterized by a low thermal conductivity coefficient (0.038 W/(m·K) at 40°C), which translates into a significant reduction in heat loss – up to 90%. This material is resistant to commonly used building materials (cement, lime, gypsum) and prevents condensation on cold water pipes. The flexibility of the insulation makes it easy to install, especially in hard-to-reach places. It can be used on multilayer pipes and those made of plastics, in installations with a maximum operating temperature of up to 100°C. Additionally, Tubolit DG Plus silences installations, reducing unwanted operating noise.
