Tubolit DG is a flexible insulation sleeve made of closed-cell polyethylene foam. The product is designed for effective thermal and acoustic insulation of pipes in central heating, domestic hot and cold water systems, and sanitary installations. This reduces energy losses, prevents condensation, and reduces noise.

The sleeve is characterized by a very low thermal conductivity coefficient – 0.04 W/(m·K) – which translates into significant energy savings, up to 90%. This is an ideal solution for both professionals during installation and end-users who benefit from lower heating bills and thermal comfort in the building. The product has a CE mark, confirming compliance with European standards and regulations.

Properties and application

Tubolit DG is resistant to most commonly used building materials, such as cement, lime, and gypsum. Additionally, it provides a reduction in structural noise of up to 30 dB(A), which increases the comfort of use of the rooms. Fire reaction class E ensures safe use.
