Thermal and acoustic insulation for pipelines with rock wool

SteinWolle ALU is an insulation wrap made of high-quality rock wool, coated with a layer of reinforced aluminum foil. It is designed for thermal and acoustic insulation of central heating pipelines, hot and cold water pipes, and ventilation ducts. The product is available in sections 1 meter long and 20mm thick. Thanks to the self-adhesive tab, installation is quick and convenient.

Application and properties

SteinWolle ALU wrap is used in residential buildings, public utility facilities, and industrial plants. Rock wool, as an insulating material, provides not only a reduction in heat loss but also noise reduction. The aluminum foil acts as a barrier to thermal radiation, increasing the efficiency of insulation. A cut on one side makes it easy to fit the wrap to a pipe of the appropriate diameter.

This material meets high quality standards and has appropriate certificates confirming its properties. Smoke emission class s1 and drop formation class d0 guarantee safe use in various conditions.
