The Extensa AI Duo R32 model with a power of 3 kW uses R32 refrigerant, which is characterized by high efficiency and a low GWP (Global Warming Potential), which translates to a reduced environmental impact. VPAM modulation allows for modulation of the compressor power, adapting the device's operation to current heating needs and minimizing energy consumption. The integrated 16-liter buffer tank stabilizes the temperature in the installation, increasing user comfort and extending the system's lifespan. A solid hydraulic concept based on a patented coaxial heat exchanger guarantees reliable operation and high heat exchange efficiency.

User comfort and remote control

The intuitive device interface and the ability to remotely control it via the Cozytouch application (Navistem 400S system) provide convenience and full control over the heating system. The application allows you to monitor the operating parameters of the heat pump, set heating schedules and adjust the temperature in individual rooms. The device also has self-diagnosis functions that inform about possible failures and facilitate servicing. In addition, the heat pump offers operating modes: Auto, Boost, Frost mode, Eco and Comfort – each tailored to the specific needs of the user.

Construction and installation

The Extensa AI Duo R32 heat pump consists of two main elements: the indoor unit (hydraulic module) and the outdoor unit (inverter module). The indoor unit contains a buffer tank, heat exchanger, circulation pump and other hydraulic components. The outdoor unit houses the compressor, fan and evaporator. The installation of the heat pump should be carried out by a qualified installer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards and regulations. The dimensions of the indoor unit are 648 x 1863 x 684 mm with a weight of 145 kg, while the outdoor unit: 790 x 620 x 352 mm with a weight of 39 kg. The device is powered by 230 V.
