The external arc cover 90° for H200 is a dedicated component for cable routing systems, providing effective protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. Its steel construction ensures durability and reliability under demanding conditions. The 90° bend angle ensures perfect compatibility with installation layouts, creating both aesthetic and functional connections.

Strength and corrosion resistance

Manufactured from high-grade steel, the cover features a thickness of 2.0 mm. Standardly, it is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, ensuring excellent corrosion protection even in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, upon request, a version made of acid-resistant steel (E) or coated with paint in any RAL color (L) is available, allowing customization to meet specific project requirements.

Functionality and easy installation

The cover not only protects cables from damage but also prevents dust and dirt accumulation inside the trays. All covers feature technological holes — these are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process and do not affect product functionality. Thanks to precise manufacturing, installation is fast and intuitive. The cover dimensions — 300 mm width and 300 mm length — allow compatibility with cable trays of 200 mm height (H200).
