Cable tray corner connector – solid connection and change of cable route direction

This corner connector, designed for LKJ/LKOJH60 cable tray, is a key element in building an effective and safe cable routing system. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures durability and reliability of connections. It is ideal for both professional installers and end-user projects.

Design and application

The connector allows not only connecting sections of the cable tray, but also changing the direction of the cable route. This provides flexibility in the design of electrical and telecommunications installations. The ability to break out and bend any section further increases the range of applications, allowing adaptation to specific mounting conditions. The product meets the requirements of the E90 standard, which means at least 90 minutes of maintaining the functionality of devices in the building in the event of a fire – important for fire alarm, signaling and emergency lighting systems.

Material and protection

The connector is made of steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which ensures corrosion resistance. Versions with additional protection are also available: flake galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 10683:2014-09), hot-dip galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or made of stainless steel. The surface is additionally protected by hot-dip galvanizing and coating, which extends the product's life even in harsh environmental conditions.

Installation and compatibility

The connector is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws (not included). Remember to use a minimum of 4 sets of screws to ensure a stable and secure connection. The product is compatible with the KLIK cable routing system, which simplifies integration with other installation elements.
