Cable tray joint for LGP/LGOPH60N

This joint, made of steel, is used to connect and change the direction of the cable route in BAKS LGP/LGOPH60N cable tray systems. The sheet thickness of 1.5 mm ensures the solidity and durability of the structure.

Design and application

The joint allows for flexible routing of electrical installations, adapting to the specifics of the project. It is particularly useful in places where a change in the direction of the tray or connection of several sections at different angles is required. It performs the function of E-90, which means its usefulness in installations requiring fire resistance.

Materials and protection

Made of steel, the joint is standardly protected with hot-dip galvanizing and coating. Additional protection options are also available:

• On request: zinc flake coating (PN-EN ISO 10683:2014-09) for increased corrosion resistance.

• On request: made of stainless steel for applications requiring the highest chemical and environmental resistance.

• On request: painting in a standard RAL color palette – possibility of matching the color to the surroundings.

Assembly

A set of SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws (4 pieces) is required for mounting the joint. The joint is intended for use with BAKS LGP/LGOPH60N cable trays.
