This hinged connector, designated LGCH50 N, is a key element in cable management systems, allowing cable trays to be connected at various angles. Materials and protection

Made of steel, the LGCH50 N connector is standardly offered with a hot-dip galvanizing coating – a proven solution providing high corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, versions are available to order:

• Steel galvanized by immersion (F): Compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, provides even higher anti-corrosion protection.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for use in chemically aggressive or moisture-prone environments.
• Painting (L): The possibility of coating the connector with a paint in a standard RAL color, allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the installation.

Materials are available in various versions compliant with standards: steel galvanized by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) and steel galvanized by immersion (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02).

Installation and compatibility

The LGCH50 N connector has been designed with ease of installation in mind. 4 sets of SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws are required for its correct mounting – it is important to remember this when completing the installation materials. Thanks to the universality of the design, this connector is compatible with most standard cable trays available on the market.
