The WFCS100 pipe bracket is a reliable element of the cable route mounting system, designed for both professional and demanding users. Made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh environmental conditions. Its construction allows for safe and stable suspension of cable trays, pipes or other electrical infrastructure elements.

Construction and materials

The WFCS100 bracket is characterized by a solid construction based on a steel profile. Hot-dip galvanizing is a process that provides exceptional corrosion protection – much better than standard electro-galvanizing. This makes the bracket perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, exposed to moisture and varying temperatures. The bracket length is 174 mm, and the maximum load is as high as 850 kg – which proves its strength and applicability in demanding installations.

Installation and compatibility

The bracket is easy and intuitive to install. In addition, the set includes a protective cap, which increases safety during installation and improves the aesthetics of the finished installation. The WFCS100 bracket is compatible with mesh cable tray – mounting is done without screws, which significantly speeds up work. It can also be used interchangeably with the WFC/WFCO pipe bracket using ZS/ZSO screw clamps. To ensure optimal load distribution, it is recommended to use a PD11 spacer during installation.
