Cable route mounting – quickly and reliably with UZS1

The UZS1 bracket is a solution for installers and users who value speed and reliability when mounting wire mesh trays. Designed to work with trays with heights of H35, H60 and H110, it provides a stable and repeatable connection, comparable to traditional screw methods – as confirmed by strength tests. This is an ideal choice when time and order on the construction site are important.

The UZS1 bracket features a screwless connection system, eliminating the need for tools during installation. This makes the work faster and easier, and the risk of damage to the elements is minimal. Made of galvanized steel, it provides corrosion resistance and connection durability.

Application and compatibility:

• Designed for connecting wire mesh trays with heights of H35, H60 and H110.
• Requires pre-mounting of snap-on connectors ZLSN… – these form the basis of a stable connection.
• For optimal mounting:
  • For trays with a width of 100-200 mm: 2 x ZLSN… + 1 x UZS…
  • For trays with a width of 300 mm: 2 x ZLSN… + 2 x UZS…
  • For trays with a width of 400-600 mm: 2 x ZLSN… + 3 x UZS…
• Galvanic zinc provides corrosion protection in standard environmental conditions.

Additional options:

Variants made of other materials are available to order: stainless steel (E) or with a painted coating in a selected RAL color (L). Zinc plating by flake zinc method PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 (FP) is also possible for increased corrosion resistance in harsh conditions. This is flexibility tailored to the specific requirements of the project.
