The ZK8/23 clamp is an element used for secure and durable fastening of rods to steel structures – I-beams, angle bars and others. It will be useful both on construction sites, in industrial plants, and during electrical installations. The product meets the requirements of the E-90 standard, which guarantees its safety and reliability in critical applications.

Design and materials

Made of a steel forging, galvanized, the ZK8/23 clamp is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. An option to order a version made of steel galvanized by immersion (according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) is also available – providing even higher durability in harsh environmental conditions. Solid construction combined with high-quality materials translates into a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.

Installation – simple and effective

Installing the ZK8/23 clamp is simple and intuitive. It requires only a few steps:

• Pre-tighten the clamp screw by hand to the steel structure.
• Tighten the screw with a wrench by half a turn (180°).
• Lock the screw with a lock nut.
• Finally, tighten the screw with a wrench by 1/8 turn (45°).

This mounting method ensures optimal tension and a stable connection, without the risk of damaging the structure. Remember that proper installation is crucial for the safety and efficiency of the entire system.

• The clamp is intended for use with rods with a diameter of 9 mm.
• The maximum load of the clamp is 1200 N.
• The clamp is compatible with elements up to 23 mm thick.
