Connector for steel structures – solid angle connection of profiles

This angle connector, designed for joining profiles with a cross-section of 40x40 mm and 41x41 mm, is a key element in building strong and stable structures. Made of 5.0 mm thick steel sheet, it ensures reliability even under heavy loads. It is an ideal solution for both professional installers and those undertaking DIY projects.

Construction and application

The LCTV3 connector allows for quick and precise creation of angular connections of profiles. Its design is intended for easy assembly and disassembly, which translates into time and cost savings. It will be useful in many applications, from supporting structures and frames to industrial construction elements or mounting systems. The perforation of the hole is adapted to the standard dimensions of 40H40 and 41H41 profiles, which facilitates fitting and assembly.

Materials and finishing – durability for years

The connector is standardly made of steel coated with flake zinc (FP) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 – this guarantees high corrosion resistance. Additionally, we offer the possibility of making the connector from other materials to order:

• Stainless steel (E) – ideal for use in aggressive environments.
• Painting in RAL color palette (L) – allows you to match the color to individual project needs.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F) – in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 provides additional protection against corrosion.

Thanks to the variety of available finishing options, the LCTV3 connector can be used both indoors and outdoors, in atmospheric conditions.
