Cable tray connector – solid connection and versatility

This connector, designed for cable trays, is a key element in the construction of safe and organized electrical installations. Made of durable steel, it provides a stable connection of tray segments, and its design allows for easy installation. Sheet thickness of 1.5 mm guarantees adequate rigidity and resistance to mechanical loads.

Materials and workmanship

The connector is available in various finishing options, adapted to specific working conditions and project requirements:

• Galvanized steel met. Sendzimira PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S): Standard solution providing good corrosion protection.
• Zinc plating by flake zinc method PN-EN ISO 10683:2014-09 (FP): Durable coating providing high corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environment applications. Available on request.
• Stainless steel (E): Optimal choice for installations exposed to moisture, chemicals or high temperatures. Available on request.
• Painting in standard RAL palette (L): Possibility to match the connector color to the surroundings or the installation color scheme. Available on request.

Installation and compatibility

The connector installation is simple and quick – requires the use of 8 pcs of SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Thanks to the dense perforation, the connector is compatible with all types of BAKS trays, ensuring flexibility and easy integration with existing systems. This saves time during installation and ensures that the elements will work together seamlessly.
