Cable tray connector – a solid connection for cable routes

This connector, made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet, is used to connect cable trays, providing a stable and safe installation. It is an essential element in the construction of extensive cable routing systems in industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

Construction and mounting

The LPUH110 connector is characterized by its versatility – thanks to the dense perforation, it fits all types of BAKS cable trays. Mounting is done using 8 sets of SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws (available separately), which ensures quick and secure installation. Made of steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation.

Materials and finishing

Versions of the connector made of other materials are also available, adapted to the specific requirements of the installation:

• Stainless steel: ideal for chemically aggressive or moisture-prone environments.
• Zinc plating by flake zinc method (PN-EN ISO 10683:2014-09): provides additional anti-corrosion protection.
• Painting in a standard RAL palette: allows you to match the color of the connector to the surroundings.
