This connector for LPUH42 cable tray is a reliable solution for connecting cable routes. Made of durable steel, it provides a stable and secure connection of cable tray system elements. Sheet thickness of 1 mm guarantees adequate stiffness and resistance to loads.

Construction and materials

The connector is made of zinc-plated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which ensures high corrosion resistance. Additionally, it is possible to order the connector in other finishing variants:

• Flake zinc plating (FP): Compliant with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 – for increased protection against corrosion in harsh conditions.
• Stainless steel (E): An ideal solution for environments requiring the highest chemical and corrosion resistance.
• Painting (L): Possibility to match the color to the surroundings thanks to a wide RAL palette.

Installation and compatibility

The connector is easy and quick to install – requires the use of 4 sets of SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws (available separately). Thanks to the dense perforation, the connector is compatible with all BAKS cable trays of the same height, which greatly facilitates the construction of complex cable routing systems. It meets the requirements of class E-90, which means it provides adequate mechanical strength and structural stability.
