Cable tray connector LPUH80 – a solid connection for cable management systems

The LPUH80 connector is a key element for joining cable trays, providing stability and safety for the installation. Made of high-quality steel, it offers reliability in both indoor and outdoor applications. A sheet thickness of 1.5 mm guarantees resistance to mechanical loads and corrosion.

This hinged connector is compatible with all BAKS cable trays of a given height thanks to dense perforation, which simplifies installation and ensures versatility. Mounting is done with 4 SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws (available separately), simplifying the installation process.

Materials and finishes

The LPUH80 connector is available in various material variants, tailored to the specific requirements of the project:

• S – Sendzimir galvanized steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – a standard solution providing good corrosion protection.
• FP – zinc flake coating (PN-EN ISO 10683:2014-09) – increased corrosion resistance, ideal for aggressive environments.
• E – stainless steel – highest corrosion resistance, recommended for use in harsh atmospheric or chemical conditions.
• L – powder coating in a standard RAL palette – the ability to match the color of the connector to the surroundings or the color scheme of the installation.

Thanks to the variety of available finishes, the LPUH80 connector can be optimized for specific installation and aesthetic needs. This allows for the creation of a cohesive and professional cable installation.
