Cover for a tee fitting – protection and functionality

The PTKDJ50 cover is designed for tee fittings, providing effective protection of cables against dirt, mechanical damage and weather conditions, including UV radiation. Made of steel, hot-dip galvanized, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The sheet thickness of 1.0 mm ensures adequate rigidity and structural strength.

Installation and materials

The cover is compatible with cable trays with a width of 50 mm. It is available in several material variants:

• S – Sendzimir galvanized steel (compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – standard version.
• F – hot-dip galvanized steel (compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – available on request, provides higher corrosion resistance.
• L – powder-coated steel in RAL color palette – also available on request, allows color matching to the surroundings.
• E – stainless steel – option on request for demanding applications.

Additionally, for ensuring stability and installation safety, it is recommended to use mounting clips (available separately).

The cover meets the requirements of class E-90, which means it provides protection against high temperatures for a specified time. Quick installation simplifies the installation and reduces the time required to complete the work.
