Cable ladder corner connector – solid and versatile connection

This corner connector, designated LKDCH50 N, is a key element in cable routing systems. It is used to connect cable ladders running at different angles, providing a stable and secure structure. Made of steel with a thickness of 2.0 mm, it guarantees strength and resistance to loads.

Construction and assembly

The connector is designed for easy and quick assembly. The new, dense perforation allows for screw connection of ladders cut at any point – both at right angles and in other configurations – without the need for additional drilling. For correct assembly, 4 sets of SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws are required.

Material and protection

The connector is standardly made of zinc-plated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good anti-corrosion protection. On request, a version made of hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel is also available, which increases resistance to aggressive environments. It is also possible to paint in any RAL color, adapting the connector to the aesthetics of the installation.

Application and compatibility

The LKDCH50 N connector is used in various electrical and telecommunications installations, both indoors and outdoors. It is compatible with cable ladders with a height of 50 mm. Thanks to its design, it allows for the creation of complex cable routes, tailored to individual project needs.
