Ladder Reducer – Connecting Cable Trays

This ladder reducer, made of steel, is designed to change the width of a cable tray run. It enables a smooth transition between sections of different dimensions, which is essential when designing complex electrical and telecommunications installations. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures durability and reliable connections.

Design and Installation

The RDLP500/400H50N reducer features dimensions of 500 mm (wider side) and 400 mm (narrower side). The sheet thickness is 1.5 mm, guaranteeing sufficient rigidity and structural strength. Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, the component is corrosion-resistant and suitable for demanding environmental conditions.

Installation of the reducer requires 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14. Note that for non-standard orders, exact dimensions a and b must be specified. The design is compatible with mounting of cable supports UK/UKO… and UKP….

Materials and Finish

Available material variants include: steel galvanized by the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), and stainless steel. Additionally, powder coating in standard RAL colors is available, allowing the reducer to match the installation’s color scheme. The choice of material depends on the operating environment and specific corrosion resistance requirements.
