Cable tray reduction – width change

This left-hand reduction, made of steel, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It enables a smooth transition between different dimensions, making it ideal for designing and modifying electrical installations. Constructed from durable materials, it ensures long-lasting reliability of the connection.

Design and installation

The RDLP600/500H80N reduction connects elements with a width of 600 mm to elements with a width of 500 mm. Proper installation requires LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets needed). This ensures a simple and efficient installation process. For non-standard orders, dimensions 'a' and 'b' must be specified to guarantee perfect adaptation to specific requirements.

Materials and protection

Standardly, the reduction is manufactured from steel coated using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09). Upon request, versions are available in hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel, or with additional painting in the standard RAL color palette. Hot-dip galvanizing provides high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against environmental factors. The sheet thickness of 1.5 mm ensures structural strength.

Additionally, the reduction steps are compatible with mounting brackets UK/UKO… and UKP…, enhancing system flexibility and enabling optimal cable routing.
