Cable tray reduction – width change

This left-hand reduction, identified by catalog number 156401, is designed for seamless connection of cable trays with different widths. It enables smooth redirection of cable routing to match specific installation requirements. Constructed from steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Design and installation

The reduction has a width of 100 mm on one side and 50 mm on the other, allowing connection between trays of these dimensions. Its height is compatible with 50 mm high trays. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple and fast solution highly valued by installers.

Additionally, we offer the possibility of manufacturing reductions from various materials:

• Sendzimir zinc-coated steel PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S) – standard version providing good corrosion protection.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (F) – for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance.
• Stainless steel (E) – ideal for chemically aggressive or high-moisture environments.
• Painting in standard RAL color palette (L) – allows matching the reduction’s color to the environment or project requirements.

For non-standard orders, please specify dimensions a and b (e.g., RK...400/200H50 for a=400mm and b=200mm).

Strength and protection

The reduction is manufactured from 1.0 mm thick sheet steel, ensuring rigidity and resistance to loads. The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, further enhancing durability and corrosion resistance – particularly important in harsh environmental conditions. Note that this reduction does not possess fire performance integrity properties (E30, E90).
