Reduction for cable trays – change of direction and width

This left-hand reduction, made of steel, is designed to change the direction and width of the cable route. It is a key component in electrical and telecommunication installations, enabling flexible cable routing and adaptation to specific installation requirements. Construction and materials

The RKLBJ200/150H110 reduction features a robust design. Manufactured from steel, its surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against environmental factors. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, providing adequate mechanical strength.

Additionally, custom-made variants are available upon request:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Offers even higher corrosion resistance, ideal for demanding environmental conditions.
• Stainless steel (E): Provides maximum corrosion resistance and is perfectly suited for harsh environments, such as chemical or food processing industries.
• Painting in standard RAL color palette (L): Allows the reduction’s color to be matched to the surrounding environment or installation color scheme.

Installation and compatibility

Installation of the reduction is simple and fast – simply use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional mounting components, resulting in time and cost savings during installation. The reduction is designed for cable trays with a height of 110 mm and enables a width change from 200 mm to 150 mm. For non-standard orders, specify dimensions a and b – e.g., for a tray measuring 400 mm x 200 mm, order a fitting with the designation RK...400/200H110.
