Design and Application

The RKLBJ300/200H60 reducer is designed to connect cable trays of different widths. Its design allows for a smooth transition from a wider section (300 mm) to a narrower one (200 mm), facilitating adaptation to specific spatial constraints. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, ensuring stability and easy disassembly when needed. A sheet thickness of 1.0 mm guarantees structural strength and rigidity.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The product meets the E-90 fire resistance rating, meaning it maintains operational integrity of building equipment for at least 90 minutes during a fire. This feature is critical for fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other life-safety systems. Compliance with DIN 4102-12 confirms high quality and safety. Additionally, steel galvanized via the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) or optionally via hot-dip galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) provides enhanced corrosion protection.
