Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This reduction enables a smooth transition between different cable tray widths, allowing flexible adaptation of the installation to project requirements. The transition from 100 mm to 50 mm optimizes space utilization and accommodates varying cable quantities. Constructed from steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Design and Installation

The RKLFJ100/50H60 reduction features screwless mounting, significantly speeding up and simplifying installation work. A sheet thickness of 1.0 mm guarantees adequate structural rigidity. The material – Sendzimir zinc-coated steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – provides high corrosion resistance, which is especially critical in harsh environmental conditions.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

This reduction meets requirements for fire resistance systems and is certified with E30 and E90 ratings. This means that in the event of a fire, it maintains functionality for at least 30 or 90 minutes (depending on the standard), protecting critical electrical circuits such as fire alarm systems, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting. Hot-dip galvanizing further protects against corrosion and atmospheric exposure.

Additional finishing options include powder coating in standard RAL colors upon request, allowing seamless integration with the installation’s color scheme.
