Reduction for cable trays – change in cable tray width

This reduction, manufactured from steel and protected with hot-dip zinc coating, is designed to change the width of the cable tray route in the KLIK system. It enables a smooth transition between different cable tray dimensions, ensuring flexibility in design and installation. The design allows for easy and rapid assembly without the use of screws.

Construction and application

The reduction RKLFJ150/100H60 is intended for cable trays with a height of 60 mm. It allows connection between a 150 mm wide tray and a 100 mm wide tray. Manufactured from high-quality steel with hot-dip zinc coating, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, even under harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, we offer the option to paint the reduction in any color from the RAL palette (on order), enabling seamless integration with the installation’s aesthetics.

Safety and compliance with standards

The reduction meets requirements for systems maintaining functionality during fire conditions – it holds E30 and E90 certification in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This means it provides at least 90 minutes of protection for critical building systems such as fire alarm systems, fire detection, and emergency lighting. As such, it serves as a key component ensuring the safety of people and property in the event of a fire hazard. The reduction material complies with the standard PN-EN 10346:2015-09 for Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel.
